Pay on the day.
We hope you will be able to take part and help us raise money for Marie Curie and our own Lions Charities.
All the monies raised will be split between Marie Curie and Lions charities, with the majority going to Marie Curie.
It is an enjoyable ride around the beautiful Suffolk countryside. We will be running the three different distances again, the 25km, 50km and 100km, with all the routes starting and finishing at the Blackbourne Centre in Elmswell near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. We will have similar refreshments available at the centre as we did before then pandemic, which were very much geared to cyclists and their partners!
We would very much like to make this year more successful than ever!
It will be possible to enter on the day, however entering in advance will save you money and ensure the minimum of delay on the day for you!
We are creating new routes this year for the 100k and the 50k. Come back to see the maps.

We look forward to seeing you on the 9th June and thank you again in anticipation of your continued support.
For team entries, please provide all teams details in a follow up email. (name, emergency phone)
The routes will be sign posted, and there will be paper copies to pick up on the day. Plus there are GPX files to download from the beginning of June 2024.
We take around 5 days to put up all the signs. We also try to put a confirmation sign just after a junction, so that if you are travelling and see advance sign, but miss the junction, then you will need to back track.
All routes will be sign posted with the colour of the route.
If you have problems downloading these routes, you could try right-click then save link as, or Save as.
